Before first use, wash by hand with lukewarm, clean water.
The vessel can be filled with cold or warm drinks or foods that are not too acidic.
Hand wash with lukewarm water after each use. Then let it dry, preferably upside down, to allow any remaining moisture to drain away.
Store in a dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
Treat occasionally with food-safe oil (e.g. linseed oil) to keep the material supple and prevent cracking. However, this should be done sparingly and not inside vessels with an internal coating.
